I remember the Cars and that song, that guy had a nice singing voice. He died of heart disease at the age of 75. I did not see a woman in the video, unless it was that flash blur. Oh now I remember that other video where he is driving a car and gives a woman a ride in the car.

Hey everyone! We have had a lot going on, we are in escrow, this one looks like the real deal, weâve already gone through the termite inspection, less then $3,000 in repairs, wicked good for a house thatâs 67 years old! Made it thought the home inspection, all signed off, now we have to make it through the appraisal, which should go just fine. this escrow is for more then what we were asking!
When the other escrow fell through Ron and I started questioning the plans we had, I suggested maybe we should look at other options, since we were really getting nowhere with the sale of the house, and we were sinking fast! 1, was moving to my cousins, but sheâs still deep in depression. 2, is our daughter, who hates God and at the moment me......I did nothing, sheâs just wicked angry we are moving, 3, move to AZ and rent for at least a year, because our credit is shot from being late on our mortgage, that would mean moving twice, something we are getting to old to do! Or 4, go fishing! đ€Șđ, as soon as we opened up to what ever and where ever, we got 2 offers on the house, one wicked low an insult really..... and the one for more, we excepted! They really love this humble little house! And they donât want to change it a bunch!
So we are looking at buying a truck and an airstream trailer! (Used) We can do that for less then or half of what we will walk away with after becoming debt free! Getting things stored in AZ, getting our money In AZ, and a PO Box, getting truck and trailer registered in AZ! Then we have to hang out in California till after Ronâs SSD date in December.
Cheryl, we be coming to go fishing! Most likely spring 2020! đ Iâm wicked excited about the Lords plans for us, Ronâs doing the research on truck and trailers, we are still looking a houses in AZ also, but I think we are listening better to the Holy Spirit and more open to His plans. Itâs ok either way!
So please pray all goes well with the sale and the plans for our future! also would like to ask for prayer for our Matt, heâs been in the hospital with gallbladder stones, had surgery to remove stone and gallbladder, now the lower intestines is strangling a hernia he had, so they have to go back in, heâs hanging in there but heâs had enuff for sure!
Iloveu all thanks in advance for the prayers! That is all so awesome, Lulu!!! PRAISE THE LORD! And my porch light is always on! COME ON DOWN!! I'm so excited for you two!! Keep us posted on the progress!!

Good news about your house, Lulu. Will continue to pray for you.
A rock hit our windshield a while back and cracked it. Today a windshield repairman came here and replaced it. Another thing done before the car inspection is due in November. Still hot here.
Hugs to all.
Margie, it's been a while, but the last time we got a windshield fixed, it was on my S-10. The windshield cracked all along the bottom. It was creepy. I was sitting in it, when it happened, and the sound was eerie. I thought the whole thing was going to blow. The insurance covered it, with no deductible. Hope you checked into that.Sorry to hear about your windshield, Margie, but I'm glad you got it fixed ok.
Bruce has been working for the last hour on my computer but he got another keyboard and now it's finally working! I'm Back!!!! Praise the Lord!!! Welcome back!! Yeah Cindy!!! No more coffee for you LOL

No more coffee??? noooo!
Ok, I confess. It was actually 2 cups of coffee.... the keyboard worked fine after the first cup was spilled on it, but the next day when I did it again, it was down for good.
Bad news though - when I turned on my computer this morning, it said it couldn't load anything because of a problem accessing the keyboard. It wanted me to push F2 to reboot the computer. I'm thinking... if you can't access the keyboard then what good is it for me to keep clicking F2? But I did it anyway ... a bunch of times.... and nothing happened. (Which is what I expected since it can't find the keyboard.) So, poor Bruce will have to work on it again when he gets home from work. God willing it will be working tomorrow.

It's not the coffee, it's what happens when I think I'm awake but i'm really not. I know. It sounds weird, but anyone who has RA or Sjögren's understands. It's one of the most annoying and aggravating symptom of all, and nothing helps. Well, nothing the doctors know about anyway, only God can help.
Anyway, I had to post from my kindle yesterday because when I turned on my computer I got a message saying "keyboard failure" and was told to press F1 or 2. Yeah, right.... Well, anyway, when Bruce got home, he got it to load again finally, so I just left my computer on and haven't turned it off since then. I'll keep it on until I'm done with it on Friday. Then I'll turn it off and see if it will behave itself this time. That way if it doesn't behave it gives Bruce more time to deal with it.
Hope you're all having a great day in the Lord!
We're hosting a cookout for our church on Sunday (after church of course lol) I'm scared and excited both! I was really hoping the temps would be mild by now and they have been for the last two weeks or more. They've generally been in the 60's to the low 70's, which is perfect for me. But the weatherman just announced that they will remain like that through Friday, but on Saturday and Sunday only, they'll be in the mid to high 80's! That's a deal breaker for me. I simply can't handle the heat, so how in the world am I going to be able to deal with a cook out with it that hot outside???? I'm praying starting now that the Lord will have mercy on me and cause the weather on Sunday afternoon to be quite mild, at least during the time that people are at our house for the cookout. After that, I don't care! We'll also be celebrating Jenn's husband's birthday, so that will be nice too. It's a surprise for him though lol.
What are you guys up to?
Oh, guess what? We tried out our grocery stores new feature called Hannaford's to go. You order whatever you want online, then choose the time you want to pick it up. They do the shopping and you drive up and they bring the groceries out to the car and load them in the car for you. You pay them at that time and then leave! It's great for people like me who have such a hard time walking! It saves me from a lot of pain!

I like to look at movie trailers and I liked the 1949 movie Secret Garden.
Cindy glad you have a grocery store where you can call in your order and just pick it up at the store and not have to leave your car. I would like that but no stores near me do that. Have fun at your party, sounds like fun!

Just saying Hi youall! Speaking of weather, we are plunged right smack dab into fall.....rainy at night low 50"s and then (so far but maybe not for long) sun in the afternoons, high mid 60's.....
But that might end any day, and rain or clouds til spring....
Well..... our little coastal town has a secret we don't let the tourists know......sometimes for 2 or even 3 days, in the dead of winter( sometimes this will happen 2 or 3 times some years)
we can actually get 70's and sun..... but then right back to 40's and rain ( perhaps a day or two of 30's hail or even snow).
We do get more hail tho.

While doing our Bible study in James today, I remembered this video.
The subtitles do not start until the 'drunk'..... who is actually a pastor, begins to sing.
So the only translation is the actual song. He has a beautiful voice!!!
And I think the whole 'act' is a visual lesson, in what we were studying about in James, how even the church might treat the poor, homeless or drunks sometimes.
I do not know the denomination....having never been a Pentacostal ( I have issues with it)... so I don't know if that is what this church is or not.....or what it is...
All I was thinking is his voice is soooo beautiful and he does make a point kind of like what we are studying in the book of James.

Well, we had our cookout yesterday and it was great. Everyone enjoyed themselves, so it was a great success. The only part that wasn't successful was my body. The pain's been screaming at me since even before anyone got here. I had to finally turn over the hostess job to Jenn because I knew that if I stayed outside for another minute that I was going to wind up on the ground and be unable to get up. The temp was in the high 80's and to me felt like it was well over 100, so that made it very hard for me to deal with. Then, due to all the walking and standing I had to do, my back was in major pain. In fact, it still is along with everything else. I guess because of all I had to do, both of my hip joints, knees, and the joints in my hands and shoulders are all letting me know they didn't appreciate yesterday at all. I was supposed to see the doctor today about my back but I cancelled that appointment as I'm just in too much pain to be going anywhere for anything. So, it's taught me one thing for sure: I shouldn't do that again, and I shouldn't be outside in that kind of heat again either. But as bad as I feel physically, I loved having everyone here and enjoyed it in spite of the pain!

I am so sorry to hear how much pain you are in Cindy. I totally understand about heat and its effect. Even waaaay back when I was 'young', and in fair shape, heat would give me a terrible headache and I would ache in my bones.
so having a small idea ( but not really) of how it is for you now)......I can agree, no more trying to do in hot weather!!!
Well, that and no more coffee LOLOLOL
