Hi ....Well I don't like to pray for 'things' but unfortunately ...I have several responsibilities connected to my recent car problem.. as of now it's not reparable ...so... Basically I'm the chauffeur for my grand-kids.. and I need a safe reliable car.. I am praying for guidance and for a solution... Several other things are connected to this issue that also need to be solved but are far more difficult without a functioning car.. and without going into detail the Lord Knows what they are... All prayers cheerfully accepted...

We have owned 2 subarus and they have been very good, friends also own toyotas and like wise are pretty tough and reliable.
We helped a broken down jeep on a bush track , and a mates toyota land cruiser dragged the dead jeep up a 45 degreee incline 1/2 a mile and didnt break a sweat.....
We like the Subaru Legacys as they are a wagon and constant 4WD which is great in areas with snow. No low range gearbox thouugh. The Subys are IMHO also a very tough and safe car.

Thinking back to the day our old Honda broke down... We had just spent some money on the car.. new tires etc.. Barbara and I were talking about the car with great love and gratitude.. Thinking what a great vehicle.. then about 1 minute later ... Our daughter Hossanah was knocking on the door... with the report that led us to decide the car was kaput!! Transmission... so we were stuck without a car for about a week and a half... Then Hossanahs' fiance found a car on Craig's list.. a great looking old Volvo with 147,000 miles on it.. Turns out that this car is fabulous and since we had to raise the funds for the car the price went from $2500 down to $1800 over a weeks time.. We truly need to thank The Lord Constantly because we have a car now that feels very safe and was a real step up from the Honda which was also a great car!!... We donated the Honda to a christian charity... and today ...Barbara spoke of words from the Bible in one of her lessons ... That is that the Lord watches how we handle some responsibility and upon seeing that we handle it well...He then gives a greater job to handle... Which caused me to understand that the Lord seeing that we were satisfied with our good old car then we were ready for an even better car...
So THANK YOU LORD!!

Well I was thinking that my new (old) car was going to work out well for my family... Whoops too soon... sounds like the car is not going to work out... well in that case now we could use some more prayers ... so that we will find a solution to the new problems... Thanks be to the Lord no one was hurt... and the car while not here at home will be at a safe place for now...Thank you Lord God for all blessings and also more importantly your protection for my family... Now we will wait to see what is next... Praying in the Name of Jesus Christ... Amen.

Saying prayer about the car problem, that the problem will be resolved and all will work out for you with the car.

 Well looks like I now need another new car.. umm old new car is pretty much a goner... repair would cost more then the car ...oh well hope something comes our way soon... I take kids to school and daughter to work... and now that's going to be a problem... Please pray for some sort of solution... the Lords solution.. Thank you... Praying in the Name of Jesus Christ.. for whatever help the Lord will bring.

Thank you Lord for Your Solution to our car problem.. We have been offered a 2004 Prius for a reasonable price and have been offered a payment schedule which we can keep... The car has high mileage but generally Prius cars seem to have a very long life! Also 40 mpg is a great savings during these high gas price months.. Thank you Father for your solution to our problem.. Praying with and praise and Great-fullness In the Name of Jesus Christ...for Your Solution and bringing to us the desire to offer another such help if we are ever able to do so...

Fortunately I have a Toyota Camry now... and so far it's still ok... My daughter was able to get a dodge v8 truck which is a great running vehicle for travel back and forth to her work and Brians work... Thank you all for your prayers.

Praying with gratitude for answered prayer... the car is still leaking oil but the fix is very expensive in the meantime we are able to drive her... for our daily needs.. praying with thankfulness to our Lord... IN the Name of Jesus Christ... Amen.
