On my way to dr. today, have neck/shoulder/arm pain (severe at times, can't sleep), hoping he can help me..I'm thinking I injured myself the other day somehow. This is a follow-up also for a visit I made to the ER last Friday for an issue.

Dealing with some other issues at the moment right now (mental/emotional/spiritual).
