Former intel chief: Hillary should bag it
February 11, 2016 (OneNewsNow.com)
The Daily Caller News Foundation reports in an exclusive interview that Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn (USA-Ret.) thinks the former secretary of state – "for the good of the country" – should quit her run for president and "let this FBI investigation play out."
On February 2, reports The Daily Caller, "the FBI filed a letter before U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, confirming the Bureau is actively investigating Clinton's use of an unsecured, privately owned email server to send and receive official government communications."
The story further explains the sensitivity of the documents – contained in a secretive program called the Special Access Program (SAP) – that were transferred to Clinton's unclassified home server.
Those documents, says Flynn, "had to be moved off electronically or removed out of the secure site physically, then it had to be put onto an unclassified email system."

Can Hillary Continue to Evade Accountability?
by Roger Aronoff on April 15, 2016
Hillary Clinton, for the most part, eagerly embraced the record of President Barack Obama during Thursday night’s Brooklyn, New York debate on CNN against Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Sanders has won eight of the last nine state primaries or caucuses, with the all-important New York state primary coming up this Tuesday. The question of Hillary’s mishandling of classified information never came up in the debate. But earlier in the week, the President had doubled down on his attempt to assure the public that at worst, Hillary was just “careless” regarding her handling of classified materials on her private, unsecured email server while secretary of state. And that wasn’t the first time that he has publicly pre-judged this ongoing investigation, while claiming to have no more knowledge of the facts or the investigation than what can be found in the news.
Judge Andrew Napolitano wonders whether Obama’s use of the term “careless” was “Machiavellian” or just “dumb.” He wrote that by calling it “careless,” it “may actually harm her in the eyes of the public or even serve as a dog whistle to the FBI. That’s because carelessness is a species of negligence, and espionage, which is the failure to safeguard state secrets by removing them from their proper place of custody, is the rare federal crime that can be proved by negligence—to be precise, gross negligence.”
It would appear, however, that Obama and Hillary are protecting each other. If Hillary is indicted, Obama surely would be ensnared in the scandal, and would face the wrath of the Clintons for destroying her chance to become president.
As we move toward the two presidential nominating conventions this summer, the FBI’s dual probes into the transmission of classified material on Mrs. Clinton’s private server, and allegations of corruption, may have reached a vital stage. According to Politico earlier in the month, the FBI will be interviewing top State Department staffers over the coming weeks, and maybe even Hillary Clinton herself.

Clinton admits some improper donations 'slipped through cracks'
By David Rosenberg 6/9/2016
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton admitted on Wednesday that some foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation made during her tenure as Secretary of State were not disclosed to the State Department.
Clinton’s admission is the first acknowledgement by the likely Democratic nominee that the foundation, chaired by her husband, former president Bill Clinton, received money from foreign sources off the books.
Speaking on CNN, the former First Lady responded to accusations by GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump that Clinton had used her position in the State Department to provide political favors to foreign interest in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation.
“[T]he Russians, the Saudis, and the Chinese all gave money to Bill and Hillary and got favorable treatment in return,” Trump said on Tuesday.
Clinton claimed “overwhelming disclosure” saying that the bulk of donations were reported to the State Department during her tenure.
When pressed by CNN host Anderson Cooper, who noted examples of the foundation’s lack of transparency, Clinton admitted that in “one or two instances” some donations “slipped through the cracks”.
Citing donations including a large sum received from Algeria, Cooper noted the foundation’s failure to disclose donations.

Sources: Russian Government Intercepted and Will Release Hillary’s Emails
by Patrick Howley 14 Jun 2016
Intelligence sources are bracing for the Russian release of Clinton’s intercepted emails, according to a report in the trade publication Oilprice.com:
Reliable intelligence sources in the West have indicated that warnings had been received that the Russian Government could in the near future release the text of email messages intercepted from U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail server from the time she was U.S. Secretary of State. The release would, the messaging indicated, prove that Secretary Clinton had, in fact, laid open U.S. secrets to foreign interception by putting highly-classified Government reports onto a private server in violation of U.S. law, and that, as suspected, the server had been targeted and hacked by foreign intelligence services.
These sources echo similar reports that Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has numerous Clinton emails, which it obtained by monitoring the hacker Guccifer, who broke into Clinton adviser Sidney Blumenthal’s email account.
Clinton exchanged highly classified national defense information on her private server and kept her own State Department IT desk in the dark about her use of private email. Clinton could be found guilty of violating the Espionage Act if she is found to have allowed that information to be “lost, stolen, or abstracted” through “gross negligence.”

I can't see how she can wiggle out of this, especially the release of the names of highly covert intelligent operators!
This is not someone who should have the 'black box' ( she ignored warnings in the past)... I can just see her saying and pushing the button ( ignoring the warnings)......I can do whatever I want ...you are not the boss of me (reminds me of a 2 year old attitude).font comic sans MS]

Clinton’s Lie About Taking ‘Sniper Fire’ in Bosnia Coming Back to Haunt Her
by Edwin Mora 23 Jun 2016
Hillary Clinton, while campaigning for president in 2008, deliberately deceived the American people by fabricating a tale of landing “under sniper fire” during a trip to Bosnia in 1996 to bolster her foreign policy experience.
The lie, which she told more than once, is coming back to haunt her in the ongoing election cycle.
Clinton’s rival, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, has recently highlighted her false claims on the campaign trail, describing Clinton as a “world class liar” and calling out her “phony landing in Bosnia, where she said she was under attack and the attack turned out to be young girls handing her flowers” during a speech Wednesday.
In a speech at George Washington University in March 2008, the now-presumptive Democratic presidential nominee said that, when she arrived in Bosnia on March 25, 1996, “I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”
Soon after the speech, the deception came to light courtesy of a reporter from The Washington Post who was there. Her statements were awarded “four Pinocchios” by the newspaper, a rating reserved for political misstatements described as “whoppers.”
News video footage of her arrival at Tuzla, Bosnia shows then-First Lady Clinton walking calmly from the rear ramp of a U.S. Air Force aircraft alongside her then 16-year-old daughter Chelsea. The Clintons held their heads up and did not appear to be in any sort of hurry.
As a matter of fact, Hillary Clinton is shown spending time talking with a group of people, including an 8-year-old Bosnian girl who presented her with a poem, and later greeting American service members.
She lied to the American people about the sniper fire at least twice during her campaign, including in Dubuque, Iowa in December 2008.
Clinton claimed that she “misspoke” when she gave a dramatic account of her arrival in Bosnia.
Her explanation came in response to a question from the Philadelphia Daily News about the video footage that contradicted her allegations.
Clinton dismissed her fabricated story as a “minor blip” during the interview, which also involved The Philadelphia Inquirer.
“I say a lot of things — millions of words a day — so if I misspoke, that was just a misstatement,” she declared.
