Obama Plans Takedown of Another U.S. Ally
Cliff Kincaid — October 16, 2015
President Obama failed to take out Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu but now he’s going after Canada’s Conservative Party Prime Minister Stephen Harper, a big supporter of Israel and opponent of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
It’s a story the U.S. media won’t cover. But Judi McLeod of the Canada Free Press has been documenting how Obama is planning the “fundamental transformation” of Canada by taking down Harper’s government and bringing to power a progressive majority assembled from Canada’s Liberal Party and New Democratic Party (NDP), an affiliate of the Socialist International.
In a dispatch earlier this year, McLeod provided the facts about the interference of Obama campaign operatives in the Canadian elections scheduled for October 19. “In Canada, Obama’s campaign team is guiding the election campaigns of both the Liberals and the NDP,” she wrote. She urged the Harper government to investigate.
She explained why Obama is targeting Canada: “To the U.S., Canada is the country next door, to Obama it’s home of the architects of the maligned Keystone XL Pipeline and home to the world’s Number One elected defender of Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.”
Indeed, for the last seven years Harper has not only been supporting Israel but functioning as the leader of the Free World, in the face of Obama’s deal-making with America’s enemies and adversaries. In 2014, at the summit of G20 nations, Harper famously told Russian President Putin that he needs “to get out of Ukraine.” Putin replied with a lie, saying the Russians weren’t in Ukraine.

Obama Campaign Team Hands Canada Over to the Lib-Left
By Judi McLeod -- October 20, 2015
The Province of Ontario with twice the debt of California making it now the world’s most indebted sub-sovereign borrower, saddled Canada with its first lib-left government in more than a decade in elections tonight.
Prime Minister Elect Justin Trudeau’s friendship with the high spending Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynn is a matter of public record. Ontario has a whopping $307 billion in bond debt; spends less per person on delivering service than any other province in Canada, yet still has a higher annual operating deficit.
None of this has bothered Canada’s new Liberal prime minister.
Tonight was the Land of the Maple Leaf’s 2008, and the champagne corks must be popping at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) who have been promised more financial support from a Liberal Government than the $1 billion a year subsidy from taxpayers they were getting under the Stephen Harper Conservatives.
With Trudeau as prime minister the only jobs available will be for CBC reporters rather than main-street Canadians.
The cult of celebrity always finds its victims among the average.
A gloating CBC credited the Obama Ground Team sent to Canada last year to ensure election victory for the Liberals in tonight’s outcome. Members of Obama’s election team—who revolutionized data mining for political campaigns—shared it with Trudeau, and the rest is now history.
Many main-street Canadians are in shock with tonight’s surprising election results. Virtually no polls, other than a CBC one, indicated a Liberal sweep was coming. But tonight’s results show the Liberals with 40.5% of the popular vote and the Conservatives with 32.1% at the time of this writing.
The Thomas Mulcair-led NDP, only weeks ago poll promoted as election night winners, went down in disgrace to a mere 18.7%.
All this happened while Canada had the strongest and soundest banking system in the world...

Trudeau in, Israel out
Chad Groening (OneNewsNow.com) October 20, 2015
A Christian educator in Canada says the defeat of Stephen Harper and the Conservatives in Monday's elections means that once again Canada will be cursed.
For nearly ten years, Stephen Harper's Conservative government provided the nation of Israel what the U.S. under Barack Obama wouldn't: a reliable ally. But Dr. Charles McVety, president of Canada Christian College, says with the victory of the Liberals under Justin Trudeau, Israeli-Canadian relations are about to deteriorate – again.
"Genesis 12:3 says God will bless those who bless [Israel] and God will curse those who curse [Israel]," he tells OneNewsNow.
"Remember, we had a 60-year perfect record cursing Israel at the United Nations; we voted against Israel every vote [over that period] until Stephen Harper came around. So we're unfortunately looking at the possibility of that horrific record coming back."
The college president says many Canadian Christians fear that under Trudeau, relations with Israel are going to be even worse than the Obama-Israel relationship. "His brother [Alexandre] broadcast a ridiculous documentary on the Canadian government station arguing that Iran needs nuclear weapons to defend itself against the aggressions of Israel ... really?"
It's unfortunate, McVety concludes, but Canadians can expect the Trudeau government to be very hostile toward Israel.

I don't know how it is in Canada, but in America my experience has been that most people are so into themselves they just don't see what's happening or for that matter care. Just my observation.

I think that's how it is everywhere now. The people who vote, do so based on personal gain in the short term rather than voting for competence or wisdom for a nation in the long run.

The Obama Machine Takes Over Canada
Cliff Kincaid — October 22, 2015
In typically biased fashion, Time magazine has greeted the defeat of Canada’s conservatives with the headline, “Why Justin Trudeau’s Election Is Good News for the Fight Against Climate Change.” But the story has a valid point which bears on the question of why Obama campaign operatives were deployed to subvert the conservative government of Stephen Harper. Obama expects new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to help promote a climate change treaty to overthrow global capitalism that is expected to come out of a United Nations conference in Paris in December.
Canada has become a satellite of Obama, writes Judi McLeod of Canada Free Press.
But another inevitable outcome of the liberal victory may be more Islamic terrorism in North America. The new Canadian prime minister has extended open arms to Muslims in Canada and more immigration from the Middle East while declaring the need to withdraw from the fight against Islamic terrorism.
A pro-abortion Catholic, Trudeau wants to legalize marijuana and establish more injection sites for heroin users around the country.
If you hadn’t heard about Obama’s campaign to destroy Canada’s conservative government, you missed our story from last week, “Obama Plans Takedown of Another U.S. Ally.”
The destruction of Harper wasn’t as bloody as the Obama/Hillary Clinton effort to overthrow Moammar Gadhafi in Libya, which resulted in the Benghazi murders of four Americans. Nevertheless, the overthrow of the Harper government had the fingerprints of Obama all over it.

Video proves Canadian PM prayed at a mosque
By Dalit Halevi 1/12/2016
A video documenting the visit of the then leader of the Canadian Liberal Party, Justin Trudeau, to a mosque in western Canada confirms that Trudeau joined Muslim worshipers for evening prayers after sundown, the CIJNews website revealed on Monday.
Trudeau’s visit at the Jamea Masjid mosque in Surrey, British Columbia, took place in July of 2013, nearly two years before he was elected Prime Minister.
In the video, Trudeau is seen wearing traditional Islamic garb and thanking Muslim worshipers for allowing him to pray alongside them. In a speech he gave after prayers he also said that the values of Ramadan are, in fact, Canadian values.
While the visit took place in July 2013, the video was published only this week, according to CIJNews.

Canada to send 'tough message' on violence to ally Israel
By REUTERS \ 01/25/2016
OTTAWA - Canada's new Liberal government said on Monday it was delivering a "tough message" to Israel as a good friend after expressing concern about Israeli-Palestinian violence, Israeli settlements and unilateral Palestinian moves.
The statement came a day after Foreign Minister Stephane Dion was criticized for saying Palestinian initiatives toward statehood in international forums and continued Israeli settlements were unhelpful.
"We're steadfast allies and good friends, and good friends can occasionally deliver tough messages, but it's by no means to suggest that we're somehow retreating from any kind of support of Israel," said Joe Pickerill, Dion's spokesman.
Dion on Sunday had issued a statement expressing concern about the conflict, sparking charges by the Conservative opposition that the Liberal government was being unfairly critical of Israel.
"As a steadfast ally and friend to Israel, Canada calls for all efforts to be made to reduce violence and incitement and to help build the conditions for a return to the negotiating table," Dion said in the statement on Sunday.
His spokesman, Joe Pickerill, elaborated on Monday by saying that Canada was not trying to create a "faux balance" by equating violence by either side, but felt the need to speak out.

Canada Turns Its Back On Israel
By Ruthie Blum/Algemeiner.com January 29, 2016
The official statement released by the Canadian prime minister on International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust on Wednesday is causing a storm on social media for its omission of Jews in reference to the Nazi genocide.
Posted on Facebook by such figures as London-based Middle East analyst Jonathan Sacerdoti, Christians United for Israel (Canada) CEO Frank Dimant and i24 News producer Dvora Charness to point out what they see as a travesty Justin Trudeaus statement is garnering hundreds of comments from furious followers.
Sacerdoti prefaced his post with: "Dear Mr Trudeau, Jew. Jews. Jewish. Judaism. Antisemitism. Regards, Jonathan."
Dimant wrote above his own posting of Trudeaus statement: No mention of Six Million Jews murdered by the Nazis. Also interesting to note no reference to antisemitism sweeping Europe and the Islamist world.
Charness, a Canadian, wrote: "This is what happens when you elect a 5 year old as Prime Minister... Missing words : Jew/Jewish/antisemitism *#disgustedcanadian."
Indeed, Trudeaus very short statement mentions the Holocaust, the Nazis and the danger of allowing hatred to spread, but hides the identity of the victims.

Opposition head grills Canadian PM on Hamas funding
By Ari Yashar 2/17/2016
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was put on the spot Tuesday by Interim Opposition head Rona Ambrose over reports that he plans to give UNRWA $15 million, despite its well-documented ties to the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza.
But as video from her question in Canada's parliament shows, Trudeau gave a truly baffling response to her concerns that vast funds of Canadian tax-payer money will be transferred indirectly to the hands of terrorists.
Ambrose, an MP of the Conservative Party, noted how UNRWA was documented storing Hamas rockets and weapons "designed to kill Israeli citizens" - as even the UNRWA chief admitted last June - and likewise has actively taken part in inciting anti-Semitic violence.
In his complete dodge of the serious question, Trudeau noted that he welcomed UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon to Ottawa last week, and vowed that Canada is "open to reengaging with the world" in a positive manner, while voicing his support of the "good work" of the UN.more www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/208179

Canada to resume funding for UN 'Palestinian refugee' agency
Canada will resume contributing funds to UNRWA despite its documented ties to Hamas.
By Ben Ariel 3/17/2016
The United Nations on Wednesday said that Canada will resume contributing funds to the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), the UN relief agency that aids and protects “Palestinian refugees”, The Associated Press (AP) reported.
In a statement, the UN said Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is pleased that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government decided to restart the funding for UNRWA.
Canada discontinued the funding in 2010 during the administration of former Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper amid criticism that the agency funded schools that had become hotbeds of anti-Israeli extremism.
But Trudeau's Liberal government decided to resume the funding to UNRWA despite its well-documented ties to the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza.
Ban met on Wednesday with Trudeau, who took office in November and has vowed more engagement in world affairs, according to AP.
