Barbara, please don't worry about that little episode. From a man's (me) point of view, I don't suffer fools lightly.
I'm a great believer in Matthew 7:6 "Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Awwww Thank you Oliver! That was a sweet, uplifting comment.
I do tend to worry such things, like a dog with a bone.
Did I do right? Did I miss an opportunity that God bought to me?
Or, did Satan bring them so he could accuse me to God.
And no matter, what, there were a few things, I really should have said completely differently!
However, I have prayed for them.
What may make it a little more of an issue for me...
Is when I was a silly 13 year old, I used to go to an indoor skating rink, with a girlfriend
And wouldn't you know, a 19 year old Mormon ( doing his missionary year thing... or whatever it is that they do...)
Asked me to skate with him when a pairs skating was announced.
I even when ONE time to a Mormon 'church'?...
It was really strange ( at least from y perspective).
Well, when my adopted dad understood what was going on, the guy's age, and my age etc. etc.
He banded said person from,
not only NOT seeing me but even writing to me... until I turned 16!!!
When I turned 16....he could 'write' (ONLY write).
I think, my dad knew when 3 plus years had passed, whatever was trying to 'bloom', would be long gone.
This guy did write for my 16th birthday... but that was the end ( Thank you for that Lord Jesus).
Perhaps, some of my hesitancy, had to do with how that 'might' have turned out...
I am seriously... soooo glad, I did not end up as wife number 7, of that dude or whatever ( wife 14)
and worse... ended up trapped in that false cult!!!
I really appreciated your encouraging words.. Thank you again Oliver!

Amir Tsarfati:
Don’t underestimate the coming elections in America!
Strong demonic powers are active right now to try and bring that country down so the next phase of the globalist plan can begin.
The wars in the Middle East and Ukraine, and the failed immigration policies in America, Canada, Western Europe, and Australia are all part of this picture.
State-level cyber attacks and brainwashing tactics are being deployed by Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea.
The gullible, younger generation is under mental attacks like never before, while corrupt leaders are drugging their countries to do whatever it takes to avoid a conflict and pretending to have peace and safety.
As an Israeli born Jew, I have no solution!
But as a born-again believer I do!
This is the essence of our faith in the Messiah!
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” ~~~~~~~~~`
Amir Tsarfati
You can either take part in the globalist agenda or do your part to stand up against it.
The fact that a person has a suicidal mindset doesn’t mean we need to assist him in carrying it out.
The same is true with our fallen world. We have a responsibility!
We need to bring to the people the light of the gospel and the hope of salvation! We need to live lives that reflects our faith.
We need to make smart choices based on our strong convictions regarding family, sexual identity, the sanctity of life, and supporting Israel.
If we say that as believers we can’t or shouldn’t be involved in politics, it’s equal to running away from responsibility. This is especially true if that decision causes us not to vote!
Remember: we are all watchmen!
We can see things in the spiritual level as well in the physical. The Lord said the following about the role of the watchman:
“When he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people, then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away , his blood shall be on his own head.
He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself.
But he who takes warning will save his life. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.”
(Ezekiel 33:3-6)

`United Nations Report Fails to Find Famine in Northern Gaza
A United Nations report on northern Gaza failed to confirm earlier warnings of famine in the area, though it said that people were still suffering as a result of the ongoing war — which Hamas
launched from Gaza on Israel on October 7.
Well, turns out that on June 4, the Famine Review Committee (FRC) published a new analysis that, as far as I could see,
received ZERO coverage in the media -
apparently, because its conclusions are not consistent with the apocalyptic narrative pushed by the "humanitarian organizations" in the last few months. ~~~~~~~

I googled a gardening question of why do my garden tomatoes stay green and not turn red and I learned something that I did not know.
When temperatures exceed 85 to 90 F, the ripening process slows significantly or even stops. At these temperatures, lycopene and carotene, pigments responsible for giving the fruit their typical orange to red appearance cannot be produced. As a result, the fruit can stay in a mature green phase for quite some time.

Hi everyone! I just posted some more articles for us in End Times and one in Repudiating False Teachers for us.
Also, does anyone remember Janna from our old board? She's going in the hospital tomorrow because she has lung cancer and would appreciate prayer. So if the Lord brings her to your mind, please say a prayer for her.
Another old member is Melissa, but I can't remember what her username was. She lives in Australia so maybe that will job a memory lol. Anyway, she's always been a real sweetheart and she also needs prayer. She's having a bad time health and pain wise and also some big financial problems. Thanks guys!
First, I know that you realize that everyone is our neighbor, that's what Jesus wanted the rich young man in Matthew 19 to understand when he asked Jesus what else he needed to do to have eternal life. But as John reminded you, Jesus also told us not to give what is holy to dogs. That's why I stopped arguing with people in apologetics. We are not to call them names or be nasty, which I'm sure you weren't. But we are not to go along with their "games" either.
Proverbs 14:7 says, “Stay away from a foolish man, for you will not find knowledge on his lips.” A fool is someone who not only doesn't believe in God, but it's also someone who worships idols or any false god, which is what the Mormons do. Here's another gem from Proverbs: “Do not speak to a fool, for he will scorn the wisdom of your words.” (Proverbs 23:9) Now here's the clincher.
Listen to what the Lord says through Paul: “But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!” (Galatians 1:8–9) Obviously the Mormons preach another gospel. We are not to treat what they teach lightly or treat them as though they're just nice people who are deceived. They are people who are leading many others to Hell! We're also told: “If anyone does not love the Lord—a curse be on him. Come, O Lord!” (1 Corinthians 16:22) They know about Jesus, but they don't know Him and don't love Him! I'm reminded of this scripture: “For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.” (2 Corinthians 11:13–15) Here's one last scripture (there are lots more but I'll let you find them lol). “If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take him into your house or welcome him. Anyone who welcomes him shares in his wicked work.” (2 John 10–11) Here's what MacArthur says about this: John’s prohibition is not a case of entertaining people who disagree on minor matters. These false teachers were carrying on a regular campaign to destroy the basic, fundamental truths of Christianity. Complete disassociation from such heretics is the only appropriate course of action for genuine believers. No benefit or aid of any type (not even a greeting) is permissible. Believers should aid only those who proclaim the truth. The MacArthur study Bible
The doctrine of Jesus Christ is a test of truth, a basis for fellowship, and a bond for mutual cooperation. If they do not agree with the true doctrine of Christ, not only must we not let them in, but we must not even say “good-bye,” which means “God be with you.” … There is a tradition about the Apostle John that illustrates his position concerning false doctrine. When he was living in Ephesus, one day he went to the public baths, and there he saw Cerinthus, the leader of a heretical sect. John ran from the buildings lest they should fall down as a judgment from God! Cerinthus taught that Jesus was the natural son of Joseph and Mary, not God come in the flesh. The Bible exposition commentary
We are not to greet these people as Christians as we ‘greet one another’; we are not to receive them into the ‘house’ of God to stand in our pulpits or to take part in leading our church services; we are not to join with them in missions or other ‘Christian’ work. Fellowship with them in any of these ways is to join with them in their wicked work. ‘Division is better than agreement in evil’, said the Puritan George Hutcheson. We actually have an account of Paul practising separation after he had been teaching for three months at Ephesus(Acts 19:9). The contrast between love towards true believers and separation from false teachers comes across very clearly towards the end of Paul’s epistle to the Romans: (Rom. 16:16–18). Note that real Christians should not be ashamed, apologetic or embarrassed about doing this; the deceivers are the ones who cause the division in the first place! Fellowship must be based on truth and so separation from false teachers is commanded. Opening up 2 and 3 John
do not take him into your house. I.e., do not give a false teacher hospitality. To do so would be investing in his deceiving ministry. Ryrie study Bible
So you see, you did the right thing. You don't need to call yourself a coward, and you should never let yourself call yourself bad names. You know Jesus wouldn't like that. He loves you and died for you! He doesn't think of you that way!
Exactly John! Thank you!
That's good to know Marlene, since it's going to be over 100 here today and the rest of the week! Thankfully I did get some gardening done the last two days when it was cooler!

I do remember Janna, sorry to read about her health problem, I will say prayers for Janna. I remember she is the one that told you about this forum that we post on, and I think she is a school teacher, I remember that she had a question of if she needed to be water baptized or not.
I do not remember Melissa, I will say prayers for her also.
May Janna and Melissa be strengthened in dealing with their health weakness and have confidence in your loving care; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Ive been the recipient of much love from God recently, you can just tell when His favour and protection is on you. Sometimes we will have short chats, but the longer chats I live for - its so amazing. Moses talked to God, so there is precedent for it.
Recently i had to walk in faith heavily, and on the day i started to weaken a bit, God really came through for my employment - praise God!
So while yes, we are in trying times, to me the most important thing is just get on your face a lot and pray and talk with God as much as you can - at some stage when everyone else is zigging, God will tell you to zag, to save your life. I cant think of a more important time to just walk really heavily in faith - Moses at the red sea with phahroahs army behind him , type of stuff....and when he stepped into the waters, God parted them.
This is the time the Devil will attack you the most, to distract you from spending time with God - dont be distracted. We walk by faith alone, dont forget that.
Thanks everyone for your kind prayers, please could you keep praying for our family.

I cannot copy and paste the chart on Amir, so I will just write the info as best I can. People continue to talk about Israel's colonialism But have they ever looked at the stats?
Like: how many countries do the Arabs have, in comparison to Israel?
Well the Arabs have 22 countries
Israel has 1 country
Arab population: 481 million Jewish population 17 million
Arabs square miles of land: 5.08 million miles.
Jewish state square miles of land: 0.00855 million miles
(Me: which makes me wonder:
With the Arabs having 22 counties to Israel having just one,
and the Arabs having a HUGE land mass...
who is better suited to having the 'Palestinian population?)

Oh, just to let you all know, Eva from Greece has requested a study on the things we're dealing with now. That seemed like a very good idea to me, so I started a thread for it in the "ongoing Bible studies forum. I'm waiting to hear back from her about which thing she wants to study first, before actually starting it though, so it will probably be tomorrow before we get started. Anyway, everyone who's interested is welcome to join us. We're all just learning together.

Did you know?
The Palestinian Authority currently owes Israel approximately $1.35 billion for various services, including charges for electricity and other essential utilities provided over the years.
Can you think of any other country that would provide such services to those trying to harm its citizens and also allow such a large debt to accumulate?
(Oren Barsky on X) ~~~~~~~~~
Amir Tsarfati
The horrific October 7th massacre happened. Obviously God allowed it to take place.
We can and should hold the perpetrators responsible and accountable. They should all be given the maximum punishment, particularly so they will never get a chance to be released in a future hostage deal.
However, just like the fall of Jerusalem’s first and second temples are often considered the direct result of the moral, cultural, and spiritual collapse within the nation of Israel, we must not overlook this aspect in the case of our current day’s disaster.
The inner division within Israel today has, no doubt, encouraged our enemies to carry out their vicious plan. They even admitted that in their interrogations.
There is a powerful and loud minority in Israel. It is well-funded and skillfully communicates its agenda as it owns most media outlets and advertising agencies.
The flagship theme of that minority is that God, the Bible, and the Jewish faith are the reason for all of Israel’s problems.
They don’t see a strong spiritual connection to the land of their forefathers nor do they see the amazingly obvious miracles (which were predicted by the prophets of Israel) that led to the birth of the state of Israel in 1948.
These people want a liberal, secular, and progressive society.
Democracy is a word they often use, but in reality they won’t respect/accept the will of the majority as long as it contradicts theirs.
Their idea of democracy is that a legally elected government by a legally elected parliament must not do anything against the will of the liberal packed supreme court.
In other words - a non-elected supreme court is their God.
These people are the “deep state” and they hold powerful positions within government offices, the IDF, the Israeli police, our secret services, and our security establishment, as well as the media and academia.
They were incredibly threatened by the judicial reform that was about to fix my country’s sick reality, and are completely willing to bring the nation down as long as they don’t lose their powerhouses.
So, yes, God has allowed October 7th to happen.
But much of the responsibility for what happened is on the shoulders of these people. Now it’s up to the rest of the nation to either capitulate to them or to vomit this ill phenomena from among us!
This situation is the reality in many other western countries, as well.
And prayer is the most effective weapon!
In our fallen world we are called to be a light and the salt of the earth.
We are called to spread the gospel and announce that there is hope!
It’s not found in democracy, capitalism, socialism, or any other “ism” you may think of.
Our hope is in the Lord.

Well Cindy speaking of issues:
Those in power changed our medical company insurance
Soooooo yesterday they sent Leonard an accounting
Turns out they paid $1000 plus last month for his medicine ( that was good....)
except......
with the other company we paid about $100 or so for his meds
Diabetes medicine is quite spendy it turns out because...
This new company said:
Leonard owes $1000 for last month
Soooo
he is not going to take any more diabetes medicine because
we simply do not have $1000 a month to spend on it!!!
AND
last night his insulin or sugar whatever he measures:
was over 500...closer to 600
That is NOT good!
But...
because he still has some insulting medicine it was down to 130 this morning.
I do not know how many insulin shots he has left and he did not want to talk about it at all!!!!!
So prayers please.
Really tho, I do not see what else can be done, but God knows... which way it might go.

I have been reading the J Vernon McGee study books on Proverbs and Psalms and glad I bought them. I was looking at reviews of a book the well lived life written by a woman that is 103 years old and still alive, amazon is a good place for me to read reviews, then I noticed Chuck Swindoll also had books written about Psalms and Proverbs, I want to read the reviews on the books, maybe later today, I need to get off line now and do some work. So I wanted to ask you Cindy do you have any books written by Chuck Swindoll?

So something to think about - as it looks like Jesus is coming back soon , think about who is His remnant church, and each of us may literally face off with the Devil himself.
That doesn't scare me, in fact if I'm allowed to by God, he will get an absolute earful, and then some....
We haven't been give a spirit of fear, but rather of courage. God is with us and Jesus has conquered the world. Fear is the Devils main tool to try to keep down those God has sealed on thier foreheads as children of God.
If you ever wanted to be spiritually right dang ornery, now is the time , people....
We have the inheritance of God, and no 2 bit try hard that got booted from heaven for poor behaviour, can EVER take that away from us.
In this momentous period in time, we were chosen by God to be here.....think about what an honour that is.
Lets earn our stipes, bring many to Christ to deprive the devil of his jollys, and kick much demonic butt....😎

fearnot That's awful Barbara! Here's some information that may help you: First, what Kelly suggested, Good RX is a big help to my daughter and to us, so please check that out.
Second, not to scare you but so you know how very serious this is, Leonard will die if he doesn't get insulin regularly. He's probably aware of that which would be why he doesn't want to talk about it. You may have to be the one to do this research for him. So please research ways to get it for free. Have him tell his doctor or nurse that he can't afford his medicine. They most likely know of ways to help him get it free or greatly reduced. If he won't tell them, you can tell them.
Here are some things that may help:

Insulin is considered a biosimilar. An interchangeable biosimilar is a product that a pharmacist can substitute without needing to contact the prescribing health care professionals. Just like biosimilars, interchangeable biosimilars go through a rigorous FDA approval process to ensure safety and effectiveness. Interchangeable biosimilar insulin may be more cost effective for some individuals, so check with your health care team and pharmacist to see what options may be available.

Don’t hesitate to speak up and talk with your health care team if you have trouble paying for your diabetes medicines and supplies. Ask if there are generic versions of the medicines you need for managing diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Generic medicines are cheaper than brand-name medicines. Even when generic versions of medicines aren’t available, there may be different, less expensive medicines available to treat diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol. If you can’t afford a medicine, ask your team if you can switch to a different, less expensive medicine. Your team may suggest other ways to help you save money, such as using free samples of glucose test strips or other supplies or contacting local programs that may provide financial support.
Drug discount programs may help you find the medicines you need for free or a lower cost. Try these resources

Barbara, saying prayers Yes, in fact I recently finished reading one in which he was a contributor. It was very good. From what I've seen, he has never been considered a false teacher.
