Ecclesiastes 7:11
KJV 11 Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.
AKJV 11 Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.
These are my thoughts.
Wisdom is gaining often times by listening to our elders and learning and it is good for life.

Ecclesiastes 6:10 KJV 10 That which hath been is named already, and it is known that it is man: neither may he contend with him that is mightier than he. AKJV 10 That which has been is named already, and it is known that it is man: neither may he contend with him that is mightier than he.
These are my thoughts. We can not overcome things that are stronger than us but the Lord can strengthen us to overcome when we follow Him.

Ecclesiastes 6:8 KJV 8 For what hath the wise more than the fool? what hath the poor, that knoweth to walk before the living? AKJV 8 For what has the wise more than the fool? what has the poor, that knows to walk before the living?
These are my thoughts. What the wise has that the fools don’t is the Lord; we are wise because we follow Him.

Ecclesiastes 7:9 KJV 9 Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools. AKJV 9 Be not hasty in your spirit to be angry: for anger rests in the bosom of fools.
These are my thoughts. We should be slow to anger.

Ecclesiastes 7:7 KJV 7 Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart. AKJV 7 Surely oppression makes a wise man mad; and a gift destroys the heart.
These are my thoughts. Oppression can bring the wisest down we are to trust in the Lord to bring us thru it instead of our wisdom.

Ecclesiastes 7:6
KJV 6 For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity.
AKJV 6 For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity.
These are my thoughts.
Fools laugh at nothing but the wise know when to be serious.

Ecclesiastes 7:4 KJV 4 The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth. AKJV 4 The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.
These are my thoughts. The wise will mourn because concern for the Lord but the foolish just live their lives for them.

Ecclesiastes 7:5 KJV 5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools. AKJV 5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.
These are my thoughts. Wisdom leads you down the right way pointing you to the Lord but fools will tell you what you want to hear.

Ecclesiastes 7:2 KJV 2 It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart. AKJV 2 It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart.
These are my thoughts. When we have nothing going our way God can bring us up but if everything is going our way then often times we will not truly live for the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 7:3 KJV 3 Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better. AKJV 3 Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.
These are my thoughts. Thru sorrow we can see our need for Jesus who can give us a true reason to be happy.

Ecclesiastes 7:1 King James Version (KJV) 7 A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth.
Ecclesiastes 7:1 AKJV 1 A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth.
These are my thoughts. We are not just to worry about the name we make for ourselves but we need to be concerned that we don’t do damage to His name because we as Christians represent Him.

Deuteronomy 2:23 KJV 23 And the Avims which dwelt in Hazerim, even unto Azzah, the Caphtorims, which came forth out of Caphtor, destroyed them, and dwelt in their stead.)
BBE 23 And the Avvim, living in the small towns as far as Gaza, came to destruction by the hands of the Caphtorim who came out from Caphtor and took their land.}
These are my thoughts. The Lord has a place we are to dwell but it is not here on earth.

Deuteronomy 2:22 KJV 22 As he did to the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, when he destroyed the Horims from before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead even unto this day:
BBE 22 As he did for the children of Esau living in Seir, when he sent destruction on the Horites before them, and they took their land where they are living to this day:
These are my thoughts. Sometimes we need to be willing to break down man made borders to work together for the Lord’s work.

Deuteronomy 2:21 KJV 21 A people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims; but the LORD destroyed them before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead:
BBE 21 They were a great people, tall as the Anakim, and equal to them in number; but the Lord sent destruction on them and the children of Ammon took their place, living in their land;
These are my thoughts. The Lord can bring thru even the toughest of situation if we trust in Him.

Psalms 74:23 KJV 23 Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually. BBE 23 Keep in mind the voice of your haters; the outcry of those who come against you goes up every day.

Psalm 42:2 King James Version (KJV) 2 My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
Psalm 42:2 Contemporary English Version (CEV)
2 In my heart, I am thirsty for you, the living God. When will I see your face?
Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society
These are my thoughts. Just as the body thirsts for water the soul thirsts for the Living Water which is Jesus our Lord.

Deuteronomy 2:20 KJV 20 (That also was accounted a land of giants: giants dwelt therein in old time; and the Ammonites call them Zamzummims; BBE 20 {\I That land is said to have been a land of the Rephaim, for Rephaim had been living there in earlier times, but they were named Zamzummim by the Ammonites;
These are my thoughts. We see God again allowing for those who do not follow Him, showing His mercy.

Psalms 74:22 KJV 22 Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily. BBE 22 Up! O God, be the judge of your cause; keep in mind the bitter things which the man of evil behaviour says against you every day.
These are my thoughts. One day people will have to answer to God, our only hope is to accept the forgiveness that comes with Jesus.

Deuteronomy 2:19 KJV 19 And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.
BBE 19 And when you come near the land of the children of Ammon, give them no cause of trouble and do not make war on them, for I will not give you any of the land of the children of Ammon for your heritage: because I have given it to the children of Lot.
These are my thoughts. God gives to those who are not even His so having does not mean we are serving God.

Psalms 42:1 KJV 1 As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.

Psalms 74:21 KJV 21 O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name. BBE 21 O let not the crushed be turned back in shame; let the low man and the poor give praise to your name.

Psalms 74:20 KJV 20 Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty. BBE 20 Keep in mind your undertaking; for the dark places of the earth are full of pride and cruel acts.

Psalms 74:19 KJV 19 O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever. BBE 19 O give not the soul of your dove to the hawk; let not the life of the poor go out of your memory for ever.
These are my thoughts. Turtledoves symbolize peace we are not to allow our peace to be taken from us by this world and should not allow them to bring us down to a place where we should not be.

Deuteronomy 2:16 KJV 16 So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people, BBE 16 So when death had overtaken all the men of war among the people,
