Hi, Dropbox crashes on Windows 7 about every 2 - 3 hours. About 3 weeks ago the same thing was happening, so we did a complete uninstall and reinstall of Dropbox which managed to fix the issue and now it's happening again. Uninstalling is not an option, we are use Dropbox for Business and having to wait for Dropbox to sync down 500GB of files is a pain. Can anyone suggest anything? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Installation-and-desktop-app/Dropbox-crashes-on-Windows-7/td-p/784593D Walkthrough Video

I just now saw this; I have no answer; I will listen in and learn alongside OP the solution set from others here. Meanwhile, OP might want to also post a similar thread over in sevenforums.com -- if OP does, simply admit you're wanting help because so far -- no answers, yet.
